3. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase tickets through TIXSTA, you enter into a contract with the event organizer. TIXSTA acts as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction. All sales are final unless:

• The event is cancelled and not rescheduled
• The event organizer offers refunds under their policy
• Required by applicable law

4. Pricing and Fees

Ticket prices are set by event organizers. TIXSTA charges a service fee to cover payment processing and platform maintenance. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Prices may include applicable taxes.

5. Ticket Usage and Transfers

Tickets purchased through TIXSTA:

• Are for personal use only unless otherwise stated
• Cannot be resold for profit without authorization
• May be transferred using our official transfer feature
• Must not be duplicated or shared publicly

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automated systems to purchase tickets
• Attempt to manipulate ticket availability or pricing
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scalping
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

Event organizers may change dates, venues, or cancel events. In such cases, TIXSTA will notify affected ticket holders via email. Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's policy and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TIXSTA, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by TIXSTA or our partners and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TIXSTA is not responsible for event quality, venue conditions, or organizer actions. We facilitate ticket sales but do not guarantee event performance. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for tickets.

10. Privacy

Your use of TIXSTA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
