What Are Reps?
Reps are promoters who:
- Share unique promo links
- Earn commission on sales
- Help expand your reach
- Track their own performance
Adding Reps
- Go to Event > Reps
- Click "Add Rep"
- Enter rep's email
- Set commission rate
- Rep receives invite to join
Commission Structure
Options for setting commission:
- Percentage: e.g., 10% of ticket price
- Fixed Amount: e.g., £2 per ticket
- Tiered: Higher rates for more sales
How Reps Get Paid
- Sales tracked through unique links
- Commission calculated automatically
- Paid out after event (with your payout)
- Or set up direct rep payouts
Rep Dashboard
Reps can view:
- Their unique promo link
- Total sales and commission
- Real-time tracking
- Event details and assets
Managing Reps
From your dashboard:
- View all rep performance
- Adjust commission rates
- Disable rep links
- Export performance reports
