Editing Your Event
You can update most event details at any time, though some changes have limitations.
What You Can Always Edit
- Event description
- Artwork and images
- FAQ section
- Additional information
What You Can Edit (With Limitations)
- Date/Time: Only if no tickets sold, or with buyer notification
- Venue: Requires notifying all ticket holders
- Ticket Prices: Cannot increase, can only decrease
- Capacity: Can increase, but not decrease below sold
How to Edit
- Go to Partner Hub > Events
- Select the event to edit
- Click "Edit Event"
- Make your changes
- Click "Save Changes"
Notifying Attendees
For significant changes (date, venue, time), TIXSTA will:
- Automatically email all ticket holders
- Update their digital tickets
- Offer refund option if required
