Cancelling or Postponing Events
Sometimes events need to be cancelled or moved. Here's how to handle it properly.
Cancelling an Event
- Go to Partner Hub > Events
- Select the event
- Click "Cancel Event"
- Select reason
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
- All ticket holders are notified immediately
- Refunds are processed automatically
- You won't be charged platform fees
- Event is removed from listings
Postponing to a New Date
- Edit your event
- Change to the new date
- Select "Postpone" option
- Ticket holders are notified
- Existing tickets remain valid
Refund Policy for Postponements
- Tickets automatically transfer to new date
- Customers can request refund within 14 days
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
